With this wind, the pacing is very important.

I see Tarling flying and getting a very good time, but e.g. WvA is maybe pacing it just differently and will save some for the last 3rd of the course.
on the last climb anyone can win or lose 20-25 seconds. I won't see it happening with the men's favourites though (like with juniors, U23 and women).

That was simply not a good TT, Ganna even said it himself, he didn't feel good.
