Been raining since Monday morning here, and more is forecast up until the weekend....

This is sucking my will to live, I am sooooo sick of riding on rollers :(

I have an eerie sense of deja vu in Brisbane at the moment.....

it's a friggin yo-yo... 22F (hi) for 4-5 days, 43F (hi) for a couple days, 22F (hi), now back to 43F. OFC getting to the daytime hi's of 40's always comes with WIND.

EDIT: @mew^3 13... you near the Flatirons? Windy there at times I know.

Looks like another round of sunny weather coming our way here in SF Bay Area. The pace has really begun to pick up lately and there's no doubt the nice weather has contributed to this. I'm ahead on my fitness and thoroughly enjoying the occasional argy bargy.

Yeah I will be setting my wind trainer soon, by the looks of things it isn't going to get better anytime soon. Where you affected by the flooding last year in Brisbane?
No, I was lucky enough not to be affected by the floods last year. I live in a very hilly spot on the inner northern suburbs so there was no immediate danger.

Thankfully the rain held off for the best part of yesterday. The annual KOM drag race up Mt Nebo still went ahead with some scary fast times too! I was a little off the pace though, clocking 40:35 :(

Extended good weather + no discipline = fatigue.

It's like spring over here,

and it's still freakin January.

Still raining :(

Rolled out with a few guys from the club this morning but packed it in after about 90 minutes and grabbed a couple of espressos instead. So the morning hasn't been an entire waste :D

Haha, I did 53km this morning. Well rather ride to Burleigh, have a coffee and ride home again. Being productive FTW. Actually the rain wasn't really much of an issue, although I did end up putting on my rain jacket, more the strong side winds in both directions I rode.

I ended up getting in about 5 or 6km in the other day before it pissed on me, so today and yesterday i wasn't really feeling like risking it, as there have been grey/black clouds around but guess what i hasn't rained since then:( and i've been not out there

I ended up watching the first 3 sets of the tennis on the rollers last night. Good thing it was such an epic match because I am getting sooo bored of them these last two weeks.

Unfortunately this is following the same pattern as last "summer".....

:(

Been snowing all over Holland for hours now, I reckon there's about 3-4 inches in central Amsterdam, which means there's plenty more out in the country. Doesn't usually snow here when it's -6! Pic to follow.

Treacherous!

Beautiful clear blue sky and windy as hell!
And to make matters worse I have to go up this relatively big hill by Danish standards that is on my way to school and for some reason I almost always have head-wind!

hey Redhead...isn't that always the way it is! The direction you need to go is a headwind.
That always happens on a bike ride...no matter which way you turn there is a headwind around here. :p

Day before yesterday. 90Mph gusts in Boulder...plus a fire outside of town near Lyons..our power was out for almost 24 hrs due to blown down power poles. Eeek.
There were still a few crazy cyclists seen trying to ride...except I think they got literally blown over! stupid actually..:)

Today breezy and highs low 40sF...sunny
Tomorrow highs of 55 --if not too windy I'm GOING FOR A RIDE!!

The last 8 weeks have been horrible (for here)
It's been overcast most days, humidity 80% and 85f/30c with little wind.

The last 3 days have been a lot closer to normal.
Apparently the ocean temp is a few degrees cooler than normal causing the deviation
