While I can’t see him riding away on a long mountain I can definitely see a stomp or a chance of a stomp if the right circumstances allow.

He looked tired in Benidorm and much fresher in Maasmechelen so if he continues the trajectory and gets a muddy course then he’s got a chance. And he can’t make that many mistakes again can he?

I like Zolder and agree that Nys on top form would be a very good bet, but he’s been really up and down. He must really want a Belgian nationals at some point though? Tbh it could go to any of Nys, Sweeck, Isberbyt, Vandeputte etc. they’ve all won convincingly this season! At least with Wout not...

In a few years the Cat vs Wolff vs Zoe should be a good battle if they all turn up! But the British nationals isn’t exactly my watching highlight of the year. The Dutch womens on the other hand is always good fun.
