It seems like Roman Kreuziger can be added to this list.
You want to talk Froome dropping off, he hast had a top ten or decent season since 2018, 2019 had 5 top 20s and 1 in 2020, and this year best finish was 28th. He went to Dimension Data and it all started to unravel.

It used to be perfectly normal for a rider’s results to nosedive once they’d turned 34. Now with Bala and Nibali winning races everyone expects all riders to carry on like Zoetemelk or Rebellin.

2019 was a clear drop in performance when he went to Dimension Data. In 2017-2018 he was still getting results in the races he was targeting and then nothing. Like many have said, he started high and slowly got worse with the 2013-2014 time the last great period. He could have potentially top 10 the 15 Giro if he didn’t get sick but 16 Tour was a disappointment with Contador out and getting a top 10 from the breakaway.

It seems Nicky Van der Lijke is retiring as well:(

Too bad since he had just done (one of) his best year as a pro.

Nothing official, but she's not on the Lotto-Soudal roster for next year, so I think it's safe to say that Siggaard is retiring, considering that she hasn't raced at all this year.
But she's already got a commentator gig down.

Yeah it has been looking like it all year (or actually since last year), that she won't fully recover from the concussion she got in a crash in 2019. I have also found a week old blog post from her on a Danish site where she is credited as being a former pro.
