And that's exactly what all 5 are doing.
For 3 of them (Madouas, Turner, Van Baarle) the closest chance to win is cooperate and hope for the best on the climbs. If they don't, it could come back all together or the chasers will catch them after they get dropped.
For 2 of them (Pog and MvdP) it's driving the pace but trying to conserve more than the other favourite.
