If they didnt work this wouldve happened at Kruisberg. Now they got a very nice gap down to the groups chasing from behind.

Pog and VDP are only racing each other, they aren’t going to change their tactics because of three riders they dont rate as threats or fear of a chasing group that is already long out of it.

No matter the talk of WVA being the favourite before his withdrawal, I dont think he could have lived with these two today.

Maybe, but I tend to think he'd be there with those two. That said, the race would have unfolded completely differently as Jumbo's tactics would have been different

Why shouldn’t he both of them are equal favorites to win one way or another there is no overpowering advantage.

Tough to say who I am rooting for, I like both guys from a personality perspective. I'd prefer to see MVDP win just so that Pogacar doesn't win everything before turning 25, however I also enjoy to watch the world the clinic burn so a Pogacar victory would be kinda funny.
