Thanks!
This guy will have 2 Monuments in his palmares.
Starting at 34.
I mean at least they are racing, but some people just want to be "el negativo".Weak field, weak race. At least the winner already has a monument under his belt, otherwise it would really be marked with an asterisk.
Would have been a top favourite no matter the field, but of course the differences are really shining through nowGood win against one of the thinnest monument fields in memory. You can only beat the guys who line up against you, so chapeau to him. Hopefully Evenepoel is ok.
Yeah, it kinda feels that way. Bennett was strong but if he had won we would forever have mentioned the field when talking about this raceWeak field, weak race. At least the winner already has a monument under his belt, otherwise it would really be marked with an asterisk.
I so not understand Fuglsang's career.
If Fuglsang pulls this off, he becomes the second best Danish rider ever, together with Rolf Soerensen (both 2 monuments).
I hope he rides Flanders too, he's good on cobbles
Right, so much weaker than some of the other end-of-season lineups won by luminaries such as Oliver Zaugg and Bauke Mollema. Lombardia is always fairly thin.Weak field, weak race. At least the winner already has a monument under his belt, otherwise it would really be marked with an asterisk.
We've had plenty of good racing since the season restart, but this week has just been lacklustre.I mean at least they are racing, but some people just want to be "el negativo".
I don’t believe that for a second. The guy was at best an outsider in the Ardennes and mostly a 5-10th GC guy until last year.Bird was in cage until about 32, then he was let free and started singing.
