what i think will/likely happen today:

wiggins will win by 15 to 30 seconds
kloeden or rabon a runner up,
menchov will do well (top 5-10) but will certainly lose his 2009 Murcia today. in fact his teammate clement may do better than him today,
armstrong in top 10,
lagutin may surprise again.
