FDJ is making quite a bit of money in this tour, They have won all but 2 intermediate sprint, which is like 2,000 dollars, and just won the top of the Tourmalet for 7,000. THey are being aggressive, and thanks to the new point system, and attacking riding, they are being rewarded. Good for them!!

Monfort is gone. And I would say questionable tactics. They sort out a couple of outside contenders, but I am not sure if it was worth the cost.
