Absolutely amazed by Thor Hushovd, that was one gutsy ride!

" said:Anyway, Thor wasn't badly placed and at the moment just doesn't seem to have the turn of speed the pure sprinters do - a price for climbing so well. I’m sure he will win somewhere in the 2 weeks. My prediction is stage 13 for him.

Maxiton said:tru dat. Still, though, all that time in yellow plus this is better IMO than chasing the green jersey again. At least he's adding to, rather than repeating.
kurtinsc said:He was? He was in 9th going in... did two people move into the top 10 ahead of him?

kurtinsc said:Well his attack essentially got him what... 2 points?
Rojas finished 2 points down from the main bunch. Even if Gilbert hadn't beaten Rojas, all the attack did was move him from 12th to 10th and move Rojas down from 11th to 12th.

Ramira said:Wow Hushovd seems to be really touched by this win. He might be happier then he was when he won the WC.
spalco said:Nonsense imo. Must be the emotion of the moment. Very impressive nonetheless of course.
He's saying that after the race, yes, but I think in a couple weeks/months/years he'll feel differently.superconfex said:If it comes from the sauce it CANNOT be disputed
