The question is will the others help? I doubt it :)

I hope they will, because I cheer for the attacker and that's Andy right. Go Andy!

I would think Roche and Iglinsky might help with the offer of a stage win for some help..

Uran falls.

Montfort will have to drag them the whole 15 km.

If Sanchez and Contador get away, again, do they have the power to catch Andy and Monfort by themselves?

They might, but it would cost them way to much energy. That would pretty much be my dream scenario, they'd force Evans to blow himself up chasing them and they wouldn't save energy on Andy. I reckon they'll either work as a group or make some helpers work out. But we'll see, the longer it goes the better it's looking for Andy.

Edit: It seems the group is splitting up a bit in the back, even better news for Andy.

Andy is on his own so its not such a surprise to see him doing so well. Also hes really pushing it, almost crashing on a number of occasions.

love that he isn't going easy. really taking it to the man today.

you are seeing Riises hole team 2010 taking the pace for leopard this year (6 of riis 9 tourriders from 2010 is now on leopard)..

he first got the finansiel on place many weeks after the tour 2010 and not many riders was still on the market then.

some of them + Riis lossed frank and 2´er a world championship danish Matti breschel to Rabobank.

Removed the image in the quote.

Yes, but one week ago the argument was that the team would be strong in the mountains and sacrificing power on the flats.

So:
1. They haven't been strong on the TTT nor the flats.
2. They haven't been strong in the mountains. Navarro is the exception.
3. They haven't been represented in breaks, I don't think even once.
4. They haven't had a (JJ) Haedo to contest the sprints.
5. They will not have Larsson to contest the TT.
6. They haven't won a stage.

It is a two-man team of Navarro and Contador, I feel.

It's about winning the tour...not looking good

Exactly, why do people care how a race happens an hour out from the finish? The history books remember places, not attacks. Fun to watch, but if it results in a loss, it's not impressive.
