what an exiting stage-I'd have liked Cunego to take the win-but Sagan also work his tale off to stay with the breakaway in that monstrous mountain-so I'm cool with it to. Hats up to Soler for trying to defend the Jersey- and for making it to the end in one piece after that nasty descend:)

Cunego effectively soloed from half way up the last climb!
The only help he got was chsing Sagan in the last 100m.

Impressive attack effort from Cunego, took 1½ min uphill in no time from the front pack..

impressive and congrats with the nr. 1 rank with 54 to number 2

cunego phenomenal climbing...i'd like to see his vam estimate later. i haven't seen this rate of closing on top climbers in a awhile.

Wow... 3 Dutch guys in the Top-10 after a prologue and two mountain stages.

6 years ago that was completely unthinkable. Dutch cycling has come a long way.

I do agree.

But I still prefer MTF (but I do like a mix).

I mean imagine if this finished on thee summit.

Cunego overtaking LTD right at the summit, would have been epic.
