just some guy said:
Did Ballen start today ?

I hope he didn't as I don't want him to ride well. I just don't want him in the tour team and I don't think it is right that Ballan is taking up a spot for someone else at the tour de suissee let alone possibly at the tour.

schar or GVA will do just as a good job of protecting cuddles in the tdf. they deserve a spot too.

BMC have a better chance of having a successful Tour if they hunt for stage wins and leave 2-3 people to take care of Cuddles who will most likely end up 5th-10th (if he has a decent Tour). Its not like they will be expected to set the pace of the peloton day after day.

And clinic matters aside, GVA and "BMC Ballen" are their best shots to win from a breakaway or even one of the uphill sprints if something unfortunate happens to Gilbert.

Just seen yesterday's stage for the first time.

My goodness Thor was lucky Sagan got spooked by Ballan and went way too early - he really is pretty slow nowadays and wasn't getting there without such a perfect leadout.

I think it was burghardt although I also though it was Ballan at first.
