top 25 no?
that's pretty good, he did better than Mollema who did his worst ITT of the year (probably waisted too many powers with anger or yesterday)

Cunego was 10 seconds slower than Bauke!

This was a very very hard TDS. Levi won it. Well done to him.

Cunego is one of the greatest riders of our generation. He has 3 Lombardies an Amstel Gold, world medals and a frickin Grand Tour under his belt.

Levi is 8 years older and what does he have. 2 gt podiums while domestiquing and 3 calis. Pfff

Let the dog have its day.

wow frank did the 3rd best TT of the GC contenders. I though he was a pure climber before coming into this race.

Please do not use inappropriate language. I do not want to have to edit each and every post that have circumvented the filter.

But to be fair, without inappropiate language this is sadder for the Cunego fans and less funny for the Leipheimer fans.

Based on their history i was thinking Cunego would lose about 2 minutes and it would be close.

Bit unusual seeing Cancellara win a 32km tt and the 10th place guy only being 1.04 down.

LL's attack on the last bit into Malbun won it for him. Those 8-9 seconds was the difference. Of course, the TT was the actual event that won it, but he timed his one aggressive move in the entire TdS well.

Still, didn't lose places in the GC.... But he would've lost out to Fuglsang irrespective of his time loss yesterday.

could this day any worse?

i hurt my knee pretty bad last night(more like this morning :p) i can barely walk but refused to go the hopsital(my father wanted to take me there) to see cunego win and then i get this <_<

Indeed impressive by Frank to gain three places... Very impressive.

Although he turns 25 this year, which I think past the age where you need to have shed the 'talent' label.

yes its great, i was scared he was gonna lose his top 10 in the gc.

Criminal result!!! I'll now destroy the live recording before I watch.

Considering the skill Cunego ( and others) showed in the mountains, it is unbelievable that such a mountainous race is decided by the brute force of a boring time trialist. Why did the organisers bother with the other eight days of racing.

I think most people will remember this race for Cunego's and Sagans rapid decent which was the most exciting bit of cycling I have watched for a while, than who won it.

He had a tough year last year so It is good to see him riding so well.

It's a 37 year old dog though. One that should have been put down a long, long time ago.

No, this is worse than being paraded across town dressed like a clown by your consumptive mother just after your father's funeral, only to see her succumb to her illness shortly thereafter.

I was there too. Very sad indeed. :(

yeah but mollema rode a much worse ITT than what we're used to this year.

the last part was good though, in the last part he didn't lose so much time anymore. It was in part 1 (especially) were he lost too much

If he didn't ride that horrible descent to Grindewald, where he lost 38 seconds, he could have won this quite confortable. Don't like the guy, but he was just the best in this race, not much more you can say about it.

Today for the first time ever I actually enjoyed the cursing  I paged back through all the reactions and imagined you were all sat in a bar together watching on TV. Fun times.

P.S. That should NEVER happen :D

If you explain to the hospital what you just had to witness, I'm certain they will place you into intensive care. It's the humane thing for them to do. :D
