So why do people want Cunego to win? Cause he's clean right :D

This Leipheimer hate is ridiculous. It's not Leipi's fault he can't climb much better.

Is there someone he can blame for his unbearable post race interviews? :p

To further tweek all the LL haters here, given both Levi's recent performances, and the rest of RS, I'm thinking that Levi is looking for a podium in next months race. Given the profile, the only stage he has to worry about is stage 14 - the MTF at Plateau de Beille.

HE HAS THE Tour of Utah and the hardest race record in the world!!!!!!!! The leadville 100000
And a third in the TdF, jee only a third, sixth as well in the Giro and a second in the Vuelta etc... I don't worry about Levi. A very consistant rider. Especially when a Stage race ends in a ITT. :D

Actually I find him having 100 times more charisma than most cyclists when interviewed. Doesn't say much, but still.

It might also be really funny if people expressed their disappointment with very wordy, extremely rational and overly polite posts...

My deepest apologies, dear Sir. I shall express my feelings in a more polite way:

No, because I like him. I don't know anything about their respective cleanliness; as far as I'm concerned Leipheimer won fair and square, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it.

He'll get dropped by Horner every time in that competition though. :D

and leopard trek .. what a fail. Yesterdays ridiculous acceleration when Mollema flatted made you guys think you could podium. Ha what a joke. Schekkie going from 3rd to 7th. Fuglsang going from 6th to 4th. I am happy that they didnt podium, but it is too bad about Cunego

Levi is not a great descender on the real techno stuff. He lost the most of GC guys on stage 3 dispite climbing well. As far as the TdF, who knows, a grand tour something else all togather. He could do well there, very doubtful for the over all.....The race has only one ITT.

This was a very very hard TDS. Levi won it. Well done to him.

Cunego is one of the greatest riders of our generation. He has 3 Lombardies an Amstel Gold, world medals and a frickin Grand Tour under his belt.

Levi is 8 years older and what does he have. 2 gt podiums while domestiquing and 3 calis. Pfff

Let the dog have its day.

POST DELETED BY MOD.

Well, then. I'll respect his accomplishment even more then for pulling this off at 37. I agree with Hitch 100%, and the only thing I'd put down is your post.

Sorry but Mollema was way back in the ITT today, but Kruijswijk held on to third! I don't think it would have mattered anyway. As for Leipheimer all that might have been aim at him as well as he didn't have a single teammate with him after that split. Cunego really could use some help with the ITT. Too upright, knees to far out, head down to much (if your going to do that choose the short back helmet). :)
