yeah, if he can take that much time each day, he'll catch him by Christmas.

Who cares about Wiggins, he'll die on Angliru. He can enjoy his couple days in the red though

Suprise of the day, Tom Jelte Slagter. I didn't think he could do this already

Too bad the wind killed ANY chances of staying ahead. With less wind I think they could have done something

Keep saying that, it might even happen. Good ride by Wiggins and Sky today. No time gained, but no time lost to anyone (7 seconds to Purito is meaningless) and several more contenders shelled.

Only thing I don't understand. If this was the plan all along, why make froome try hard on the TT?

Maybe to see what he could do? I don't know. Even if he plays super-domestique for the rest of the Vuelta, he's reached a new level in his career. Team Sky will know that they've got a young, legitimate grand tour contender.

Never realised Poels + Lagutin were as good at climbing as they have shown. Mosquera would've had some good help if he was here.

Nice to see Martin and Mollema pull that move. I thought I was going to fall asleep up until then. Wiggins was very strong in responding, though.
