Dan Martin was well placed on that last climb, not sure where Roche is.

Wiggins is just barely good enough on the descents.

ITV4 have said that he is quite nervous descending since his fall.

No, never. But there's at least one astana in the bunch, so I guess thats him. Hope so.
Haha good one.

Also now with the attacks, I saw every GC contender react except Kessiakoff, and then he's suddenly still there

He said he hasnt got his bottle back. Surprised Liquigas havent made the most of it. Froome is in the same group.

I think Nibali will win this stage. I know he usually follows wheels, but now he just has to do something.

If he wins today then the game is over imo. On that note, i highly doubt that he will.

Nibali doesn't have to do anything besides wait for Wiggins to crack. He can take 4s from Wiggins pretty much at will, so there is no need to do it soon and have to defend the jersey for longer.

Agreed with DT that TGBM didn't look great there, still, he was able to respond, so probably better than most.

Menchov finally getting his face at the front of a race this year, looked good too.

Who knows what Nibali's deal is.

Guessing the best climbers for the finish: Menchov, Cobo, Mollema, Wiggins, Rodriguez.

Go the super Katusha/Movistar group.

I think Wiggins will be relieved if Nibali takes over, getting worked over for a few days now.

Yes Wiggins will be so happy that he has to try and get the leaders jersey on such suitable climbs as Angliru or Pena Cabarga, they are MADE for Wiggins really.

Oh..wait..

Re: Roche

The live ticker says he was dropped just before the top. Imagine he would be back on now though.

His team too.

Drop back a little today, save a bit, and go all Basso on them tomorrow
