Swede1 said:I actually generally like the Dauphine. Anyway yeah the TT should be really interesting to see how the gc contenders stack up in their time trialing ability. Maybe andy schleck has progressed and will suddenly ride tt's like contador... Also I hope Menchov finds the tt form he used to have when he was at Rabobank because the lasy 2 years he hasnt been as good.
TheEnoculator said:That's because he's not riding the Giant Trinity bike anymore. Haha.

Fetisoff said:He can't possible go in a breakaway every time there's an HC climb though.
But I see what you mean
burning said:Of course he's not a gt rider at all but he's insanely talented and do really well in most of the terrain (I have doubts on Paris-Roubaix but he can manage it as well)
Gloin22 said:I agree, but that's not the point being discussed though.
It's a point . Can he do Paris Roubiax - Tour double ? Which I don't think he will and is not the type of rider that will. He will struggle in Tour's long TT's and most .HC's. Paris Roubaix is more doable for him, but still he won't win it soon imo.
burning said:I dont think that he will try to win the tour at all, he's like a super-classic rider, which can do very well in all monuments in a few years

20/1 the place seemed like decent odds.
