Don't get me wrong, Vacon are one of my favorite teams- They are in a lot of pointless breakaways though to be fair. As well as many where, as you have mentioned they get a win, Mr Kwibus

Technically, most breakaways are ''pointless'' because most of them get caught. However, for a team that is characterized by being in breakaways and a ''go-go'' attitude that is beside the point and certainly not pointless. Especially when, like you mentioned, they get into a breakaway that actually stays away and contest or get a win out of it. I mean, the old saying goes: ''You'll never know if you don't try''. This is how they have become an attractive team for many cycling fans including yourself apparently.
