Did Rasmussen take insane pulls during the first part? Cannot think of any other reason for him getting dropped that way. Unless they were really drilling on the hill.

Astana was at +4 secnds in the 2nd part. They lost 13 (!) seconds in the final part. Saxo Bank was much further back and is now equal time

He worked his socks off at the front in most stages at Tour in 2011 and was one of the most impressive riders as well ? He was 6th in the Giro prolgoue ? :rolleyes: ;)

like i said on the last page, Astana did a bad final part though. They lost a lot of time compared to earlier parts.
