By not challenging I mean that he won't be fighting for the win, but he will probably be top 5. I also think you underestimate yesterday's stage, which was far from pan flat. You will see. It's just like in the TDU. The only sprint in which he was even close to the front, was the one he won. Why? Because the stage was quite hard and he had the most energy left. It's not like Freire has ever been consistently finishing in the top 3 on flat sprints, and that won't change now all of a sudden.
