I agree. He looked really fast out on the course that I definitely thought that he was going to beat Bennati's time. I didn't see any splits, so I was just basing this on how he looked on the road.

GVS has problems with his achiless heel so wants to rest some more so he can end around 15th place in MSR

It's not that easy to stay in a 'perfect' TT position. Many riders will automatically assume a possition that's more comfortable for them but less aerodynamic.
