And do you really believe Vacansoleil only discovered yesterday that Wouter Poels is eligible for the white jersey? Meyer was riding against an invisible enemy... Quite sad, another fluke for Italian race organisations.

Ofcourse not, Meyer/Poels is not about overall race leader (they just race to hang on in the white jersey, they are not busy with race tactics) so it didn't change any of the race dynamics. Unlike the situation with Nibali/Horner

I can't believe that some people would be so ignorant as to think a bike rider would fly... shows no respect for the laws of physics.
