I, myself, improved quite a bit working on that (was playing soccer before at a decent level, so had to adapt alot on that).

am i the only one that has tried to climb like contador only to get tired extremely fast? :p

Makes it even more difficult for Gesink to abandon.

If they have less than three then they are out of team competition. But I don't think they think that one too much.

Few years ago I think we had one team finishing some GT with less than three riders (and I don't mean cases like Astana in 2007 or Leopard in 2011 Giro where entire team withdrew (in these cases completely different reasons behind that decision))

nop. I am (in my humble opinion) in pretty good shape, but i do absolutely fancy the Ullrich grinding in the hills :D
