when and how??? Sagan has received no or very little support by his team

He got into the break the day before and got the sprint points and Oss helped him yesterday and today in his attacks, although yesterday was more for Nibali than anything else, there are not really many points on offer in these stages for Leaky to put a lot of effort on Sagan when Nibali is going for his GC placing.

I'm sure they'll help Sagan in the remaining flat stages since Nibali's position seems more or less secure for now.

when he got to the break there was nobody from Liqui with him... Oss didn´t help him at all, he was riding behind Sagan all the time in the descent and when the terrain flattened they decided to get back to tha pack... in the sprint stages there has never been anyone with him in the final kms, even when he had mechanical during BsM stage he had to chase the pack all by himself... check the facts first

Sagan is not the focal point for Leaky in the last few days, they'd be mad to put riders up for him for just a couple of points here and there. Hold your criticism till we get to the real flat stages. He still has the jersey so lets wait and see.

I know he didn't have much help in the first week but he still got 2 wins, all is well that ends well.

yes, you're true that he's battling Goss now, however, imho, this was last stage where sagan could gain reasonable amount of points on goss. If I am not wrong, all other sprinter stages are too easy with easy finish, so goss will have slightly hihger odds than sagan, and very easily, greipel could win all of those. I am not sure how the points are there, however I guess sagan is not so safe against him either at the moment.

I'm sure he'll continue to pick up sprint points and believe he can do well against Goss but even if Sagan does lose the jersey, Liquigas (this year) are focused on bigger things.

Oh wow, Goss looks fast. Greenedge might regret not pulling today. Sagan now has 24 pts on Goss.

Liquigas are tactically the worst team in the field, the nice example was MSR... they dont know what they want... Sagan is not going to win the GJ because he has spent too much energy in the mountains and actually lost points to Goss
and I dont understand your point... real flat stages? and what was the first week? and the breakaways? yesterday Basso and Koren actually rode against Sagan as they were setting up the pace in some parts of Madelaine and increasing the gap...
Liqui is a complete mess, Nibali has no support in the mountains (only from Sagan- what a stupidity to sacrifice GJ contender for that...), Sagan on his stages, like the one today...

Again, they currently have a podium spot and the green jersey, with the exception of Sky they're having more success than any other team here, Nibali takes precedence over Sagan, that’s not going to change.

they have it because of individual qualities of Nibali and Sagan, not because of good team work, remaining 7 riders are having a holiday break during the whole TdF... and what preference are u talking about? Nibali has no support either, only by Sagan... Basso hasn´t done anything, not to mention Szmyd... actually OGE sport director was very surprised the other day by all the Liqui stuff and was very upbeat about beating Sagan when he has no support at all

Kiserlovski and Martinez have made their way into the Top 20 in the virtual classification, 4 more minutes and Martinez will get himself into the Top 10.. I'm sure they are aware of it and are pushing for it. The sprint teams won't start pulling until they get through the climb.

12:41 gap. Can someone tell these guys to get a move on. Yawn.

Boring as it is, none of the teams have any reason to pull yet, except maybe RadioShack/Europcar to protect their Top 10 places from Martinez and Kiserlovski, but it doesn't look like they are interested one bit.

You got this one right, a 3-week French vacation for 7 guys. Re: Sagan, he's going to win the GJ if it gets to Paris, as simple as that. He already won 3 stages and he doesn't need support.

Not sure what you’re expecting, they both have support but no they're not sending Szmyd or Basso to the front to drive things on like Sky and likewise Sagan isn’t going to get the same support that he had in California.

hope you were right about the GJ but its not going to be that simple... he has lost too much energy, Sagan himself confessed it yesterday that he sacrificed too much and got no reward... on the flat stages he will probably be beaten and I am really not sure he will make up lost points anywhere
difficult when youre 22 and youre the only guy who can help his GC team leader and fight for his own goals at the same time, while "7 brave Liqui men" have to just watch French scenery

Cavendish in a bit of a rage. Told to stop using team car to pace back to bunch. Filmed by TV, he elbows a moto-camera man. A fine awaits.

Anyone see this?

Sagan is going to help to get few seconds to Nibali in the final 2 - 3 km. Sagan is best domestic for Nibali this year. Nevermind, EBH also works hard for Wiggo, so its OK. They are young and should work hard and get experience.
