Is there any chance that the peloton will miss the time cut? That would be awsome!

lol.

Depressing that nobody even dares to do something. I mean put Basso at the front and ride a harder pace. Atleast you will drop Knees and maybe EBH.... :D

They're not even 10 minutes back right now. I'm not even sure the break will stay away at this point.

In any case, as long as CAS is up there they won't give the break too much rope.

There must be some mistake ... I am sure I heard Paul Sherwen say the break's lead would be wiped out on the Tourmalet.

I'm afraid Basso would just drop himself while Knees and EBH would take advantage to go to the car have a snack.

Although I'm enjoying what's happening with the break the GC stuff is making me want to scream in frustration.

9'47" and still increasing...

I really have no idea how BMC, Liquigas or Lotto expect to win this race - maybe they are hoping, with the heat, they can let Sky go so slowly that they fall asleep, and then Evans & co can attack while Wiggo has a sietsa?

Haha. I bet Sky can't believe how much of an easy time they're being allowed to have. Liquigas and BMC must have big plans for late in the stage is all we can hope for.
