Hard to tell who is where right now, though Nibali has definately made it to the Voeckler group. Conflicting time gaps too...one saying MJ is 28 secs from the front, another saying over 2 minutes.

This is the best designed route of this Tour, still it's just passable. Bales + Peyresourde is a really good combo, but the stage lacks at least 80 kms more and 2 mountains to be perfect.
Given the gc situation I think there's a chance someone like VdB could attack on Bales.
Not all mountain stages need to be super long climbing marathons. Short stages often turn out to be more interesting than long ones, but of course there needs to be a combination of the two, and this Tour didn't have enough climbing in the first place.

Wiggins started the Tour with the goal to neutralize every attack, getting yellow is just a logic consequense of that.

Nibalia: Alejandro, U Mad?

**** just tuned in

short summary please **** **** ****
EBH smashed peloton on climb, only 25-30 guys left on the top. Voeckler took KOM ahead of Kessiakoff. Nibali attacks on descent. EBH follows but waits for Sky when he remembers that the rest of Sky descends like sissies.

No-one in that front group will work with Nibali, so he's stuffed just working EBH for a bit, hardly a good return for Nibali to work by himself.
