Not necessarily, any of Froome, Wiggins or Boassen Hagen (&Porte) can beat Martin in a TT if they're in better form than him.
If Boassen Hagen can stay with the leaders today, he already has a 10 second buffer over Martin & co and he has shown he is in decent form with more race days under his belt than anyone else of the top contenders. Probably wishful thinking though, as Martin must be favorite especially with a verywell drilled OPQ team.
25 km TT is also a distance in which EBH usually excels, particularly if there are some hills and descents involved. I don't think it's a given that Wiggins does better than EBH in this TT.

4 years ago EBH and Tony Martin were equal in TT's (actually EBH beat him more often than not) but Martin is without a doubt quite far ahead now. I think EBH needs at least 30 seconds on him to be able to finish ahead of him on GC, so that's quite unlikely. But of course, it remains to be seen if Tony Martin has any form at all.

Tony Martin of course has stepped up to another level. But I saw him on a climb yesterday and he didn't look that comfortable. Don't think he has the form to challenge yet. EBH maybe does.

Way better? They only competed against each other in one TT, which EBH won 7 seconds ahead of Tony. But yeah, Martin was definitely a little better at long TT's at that time but in short TT's EBH wasn't much worse at least.

You sure? The eurosport schedule I'm reading says a half hour of live coverage (17.00-17.30 CET).

well rtp has a great stream on their site and will be live for an hour so no eurosport shouldn't be a problem, besides if you know portuguese you get to listen to marco chagas which is just wonderful as the man really knows cycling unlike kirby, picture him as a much lighter humoured sean kelly.

Is that British Eurosport?

My schedule has Ski Jumping on British Eurosport, and tennis on British Eurosport 2, with Ski jumping also on Eurosport.
