How about just calling people by their names instead of giving them pathetic nicknames even a 2-year old would be ashamed of if he came up with them?

I dont know you have to ask the people that actually use those nicknames:rolleyes: but the question before was why the mods allow piti and not clenbuterol and that was what i answered.

I still insist and believe he didn't think he won or anything - he was just happy with the 4th place... See my argument on the previous pages here.

Ahhhh.....SKY, SKY, SKY...........they seem to be helping Alberto find a few more 'teammates' in the peloton.

Alberto attacked right when Valverde was closing the gap, so I'm not sure what new friends he's getting that way :p

Cadena COPE (Spanish radio @qiglesias ) says Movistar wants to show images of the crash to jury. Will they file a complaint? #vuelta2012

This is getting hot and not because of 41º today

My message wasn't aimed at you personally, but in general. I can see where you're coming from but 'Piti' is just as pathetic, childish and pathetic² as 'Clenbutador'. The same for the Armstrong nicknames and others. It's not even that one of them is remotely original or funny... If you think someone's a d*ckhead just say that and say why, or even better, say it to the person's face but don't come up with nicknames that show nothing more than your own mediocrity

How can you feel bad for Marcos García? Every time that happens, it's hilarious. Never gets old.

Nich Roche was good! Little footnote. Cantaman has a good helper next year, and in this Vuelta of course.

Aye there where 3 SBTB riders with Froome at one point. Dani, Bertie and Roche ;)

Desde luego que cada día que pasa el honor y el respeto entre los ciclistas es algo que no abunda demasiado el el pelotón

Jose joaquin rojas‏@jjrojillas
Gente que provoca una caída y sin estar la carrera lanzada ni mucho menos aprovechan para tirar a tope, donde esta el fair play?

Google translated:

Jose Joaquin Rojas @ jjrojillas
People causing a fall and launched the career without being much less leverage to pull ****, where this fair play?

During most of the season, aggressive flatland riding to cause echelons is what the posters here long for, and consider good racing. But now when it finally happens, its bad sportsmanship and awful racing.

Priceless..

I would be interested to see what it show,s and if anyone was to blame rather than what in F1 the stewards would call a racing incident?.

No it's bad sportsmanship to take advantage of another riders crash to gain time on them. Nothing wrong with taking advantage of echelons if a split occurs.

Absolutely. I can guarantee to you that, if our boy Danail manages a 4th place in a stage too, he will celebrate it even more enthusiastically. We have never had a cyclist even ride a Grand Tour, let alone get a Top 5 stage finish in one. Likewise, that small Basque team hadn't been in a Grand Tour for many years...
Caja Rural didn't participate in last year's Vuelta?
