2013 Giro d'Italia Stage 14: Cervere - Bardonecchia 168KM

Today's cold and rain could be a big issue for a few of the riders over the next few days (if the stages go ahead, that is). Can completely sap energy in wild ways. I'll predict that a couple of the GC riders simply don't respond on the bike the next time they get on. Someone will get a nasty cold as well.

Majka just 7 seconds ahead of Betancourt on the White young rider jersey

Both of the moving up in the gc though. Betancur handling the cold better of the 2

I congratulate Nibali and all who supports him. He deserves this victory surely. But this Giro is like popcorn and there won't be any aftertaste when it'll finish. This edition is already doomed to disappoint most of fans.

Nibali will win this!

Not a good day for Uran and Henao. I know that Henao is the better rider but I can not evoid to think that Henao is sick. He was so fit before the race. Uran might have the last TT on his favor to defend his podium position.

Again Betancur showing his strength. He is now breathing on Majka neck. Great battle.

Not so sure about that. I think for the most part, aside from the weather ruining a couple stages (which can't be controlled anyways), this Giro is looking pretty good so far and most people are liking it.

This Giro has entertained me this far. I couldn't really have asked for much more except for maybe being actually able to see today's stage

Wonder who set the pace in the main peloton. For a long time, it looked like the break was going to take the stage but the GC guys responded in stunning fashion. Colbrelli hanged on for a 9th place. Quite impressive!

Looking forward to the recorded coverage on rai.

Quite the opposite if you read this forum though.

Yes, sadly. Because I know on what this public is oriented. Do you see intrigue for maglia rosa (key indicator of epicness and plot) or bright open battles in the mountains? I don't

Indeed, it has been a good one so far. How it lives on in memory is yet to be seen. But certainly not boring or lacking action!

Plenty of entertaining racing in this Giro, we've even had two cracking Cavendish stages. The race lacks any GC battle though which is obviously massively disappointing.
