btw. how steep is it?

The TT ends on 13% gradient but not sure for how long at that percentage. Daniel Lloyd rode the entire course and thinks the final climb will be significant. The climb is 3.5 kms long. He also said parts of the earlier descent are quite technical. The course looks like a real mixture. Might not suit someone like Phinney but he has been battling illness anyway.
