This is why the race for the yellow is never over until they reach paris.

If Froome gets a flat tire now, he can lose minutes.

So one thin we have learned so far: Based on what we saw on stage 9 Movistar was riding for 2nd. From what we see today, so is Belkin but Saxo is not.

He takes Thomas bike and theres no problem whatsoever. Really Movistar ****ed this up pretty bad.

yep -- they did. they just didn't know what to do, they should go race in belgium more :)

Everyone was trashing what you call Vomistar and now we see your so beloved RaboBlancoBelkin, destroying every possibility for group attacks in the Alps, putting Movistar out of business. Anyways hope Belkin gets entirely droped in the mountains, paying their witchery.

Idiotic lame team.;)

Not a problem for Froome, Stannard can close any gap single handed.

Winner :)

I just wanted to know if folks were going to talk about an unwritten rule of not attacking the yellow jersey after a mechanical. Really need to determine when these unwritten rules apply or do not.

There is a big difference between attacking a rider (yellow or not) that has a problem and what's happening now. The pressure was already on in a big way. If something happens now it's just bad luck. OPQS will only stop if cav has a problem
