I think there are going to be a lot of very tired riders tomorrow. Should make for one very interesting stage.

Some of the sour grapes in this thread are delicious :D

I would say it's annoying mostly. Regardless of who you're rooting for, you should recognise great racing when it happens.

Saxo rodea 20km time trial. They'll be fine. Sky have been trying to ride on the front for days.

They should try to ride Froome's entire team out of the time limit, so that Froome has to do everything on his own

Looking at the replay of when Froome got gapped, looked like he could have crossed over quite easily but he went on the radio to ask what he should do instead.

And piti? Did he stopped for a coffee?!

Please write a short re-cap!! TELL ME!

Short story. Some bull**** racing from "RaboBlancoBelkinWinThisTime" and Team Riis.
Vomistar totally collapsed, and the Dawg not looking good at more than a min.

Fascinating replay that. When the gap was made Froome tried for a few seconds and then rather that going all out to close the gap started talking on his radio.

So what I'm thinking is either:

A. Froome was simply not strong enough to close the gap.

B. Froome is mentally not sure enough about himself when Sky is not in control.

Either way there's room for spectacle in the last week.

tomorrow, movistar.. PAYBACK to Belkin....

Certainly possible. More likely that you have a bunch of one day racers getting into the break and Sky will have no reason to chase (assuming the break composition is right).
