After what took place in today's stage-IF Saxo Tinkoff wants to hurt SKY, then this is the stage!! If they treat it as a classic race- then they should get the attacks early on, when they can send Kreuziger first to make Sky work on the chase & if allies are around to help a bit- then Belkin & MoviStar can benifit together with Saxo in a common cause to derail SKY.......

The thought that someone can want to derail SaxoBank after yesterday effort can hit one's mind? Though, it's pretty laughable to read your comments like 'please everyone against sky, please! please!! please!!!' :)

Everyone is probably pretty cooked after the last stage. I can't see anyone but cannondale trying anything. Break to stay away

two Observations:
1-) Did you notice my sentence has an IF? ;)
2-) Sky holds the current MJ-therefore the nearest GC contenders are suppose to challenge them-aren't they? Are you suggesting Saxo should try to derail Belkin or Astana instead? Should Saxo conspire against Andy too?:D

BTW - I didn't Imply it - I mean it ;)

Sky and Saxo will want a much quieter stage. Not sure they are going to get it, which means that tomorrow's long stage could be survival of the fittest with the GC contenders.

Cannondale should be relatively fresh after yesterday. They did zero work apart from Bodnar. I can see them trying to control tge race, but not sure they can do it with a strong break.

Hoping for Cunego in the break.

I think the break survives. Cannondale might chase but why run the risk that cav survives and they therefore give the chance for him to reduce the lead in the points competition. The break surviving brings Sagan a bit closer to winning green.

Maybe Cannondale even puts Moser in the break.

I like Albasini for the win. Form is good and he's done great work for Gerrans and Impey. It's his turn now after he tried and failed to get in the break a few days back.

Voigt will surely also try. Might be his last chance ever to get a third Tour stage win.

Sagan has 84 points over Cavendish - and next week is all mountains. I'd say Cannondale would like the chance of a stage win.

Moser spoke to RAI yesterday and said he might try something in the third week if he's got the legs. He's trying to recover a bit in this second week cause he's not used to GTs. He's never raced for so many consecutive days in his life.

I think cannondale(and for that matter any other team) will happily let a 12-15 member well-represented break to get away. Sagan doesn't really have to do anything spectacular to get the green jersey. I don't think that the OPQs riders are going to be strong enough to attack today. All their major engines worked extra hard yesterday.

The race in GC, imho, is going to be totally different. Everyone will be more interested in tiring out team sky today, than actually gaining seconds.

Someone has any idea about the form of Sky's david lopez? He seems to be working in the shadows so far. Will he suddenly start showing his face?

Lot's of talk about Saxo having the upper hand psychologically after yesterday, but didn't we learn on stage 9 how much that counts for if your teams legs are gone?

It's going to be interesting to see how much Contador and his team has left tomorrow (Sky we know have little to nothing left).

Yea it's really not flat at all. I thought it was way worse, not bad at all.

The terrain gotta be raced. Nobody in the modern peloton gets seriously tired from riding 35 km/h on a hilly course for 180km.

42 km/h - 45 km/h over the first part will be needed to make a serious race imo. Otherwise everybody will be "fresh" at the base of Ventoux.

Ye, will probably take hours for the break to form. Once it does, I believe they will make it to the finish.

Kadri has 12 points and isn't good enough to get any more big points on the high mountains, why would they worry about him?

That break of 5 is not big enough at the moment. Need more riders to stay away.

9 points today. and he can afford to take more chances in the rest of the race. tomorrow's stage wont give rolland any points, as the real GC climbers will take them

Marino and Villieux both back at peloton, and cap is not getting bigger. Next 20km will be key for this break.
