i also want to know abt the best descenter in the lead?

Costa is very good, on Suisse he attacked on descent and got second place after Sagan.

Not sure his form is at best though.

Yes with De Gendt, Voeckler & Albasini...

i am actually worried about albasini today.

he just about missed in the previous break. i think he might want to win today.

how about the OPQS rider? any chance for him?

But yes Gilbert has been complaining about not getting an opportunity to attack but now he has the chance... So far BMC have been focused on Cadel Evans in the GC but after Sunday’s stage to Mont Ventoux, that race is now over.

well it's velits, provided that he's in the front group on top of last climb, he's probable the best sprinter amongst true clibmers(although his climbing has been better to be hones), so then his chances will be pretty good.

I aggree, stage 14 and this stage were for him, and cannodale did not even try to do something in 14, and it seems it will be the same today, shame for sagan, I wonder what happened when he is not in the break anymore, if some tactics, if he wasn't feeling for it or just nature called him and he missed it

this strategy how CAN is defending green jersey by letting other teams/breaks get all points is boring...

Velits has a very decent sprint, just look at his results this year.

He could win it if he stays with Gilbert / Costa on descent and comes together with them.

i am thinking that voeckler and gilbert might attack, and they will carry 5-6 riders at most with them

and I guess it's pretty anoying for Sagan, you can see it on his face, he just wants to win no matter what
I think, it's anoying for his fans as well ... in stage like this CAN should definitely try something.Even more as Sagan is not able outsprint pure sprinters and win flat stages in this tour. One great stage and rest of the Tour just cruising mode.

yup, your right, at least there velits in the break, it was worse on saturday:) btw, I don't think sagan were ever able to beat those 3 top sprinters, he might beat them from time to time, but only of specific circumstances are present

i am a cav fan, but i still believe that sagan is a very good sprinter. He still hasn't figured out whether he is a sprinter or a classics rider.

happy news. gap fell from 9' 30" to 9' 15".

i think the pack might come in less than 10 min...just, maybe just.

Olivier Bonamici from Portuguese Eurosport just announces that if Froome uses a glass cup to drink the champagne in Paris stage, and eventually breaks it, he will get banned from the Tour. Serious stuff, it is in the regulations.

They also announced Contador ordered two pounds of butter, and a glass cup ofc.

de gendt takes the sprint. Can't even understand why he charged. none of the others were inerested in the 1500 EUR prize.

my optimism is crashed again. gap back to 9' 30"
