At 32km, it is just 1km shorter than the first ITT.
I'd expect finish time to be slightly longer than the first ITT, considering the nature of the course.
 
I heard the descents are technical, so Froome might not put so much time into everybody after all, I don't think he'll take much more than a minute out of #2, and if he takes 2 minutes, the forum will have another meltdown

But not nearly as much as if those parts were flat instead of downhill.
32km with two descends simply isn't that long.
This one should de around 55km which would have been easily possible. Could have been a similar time trial to the one in St. Etiennne in 1997, this would have been really cool.
