I hate Carlton Kirby so much.

"Tony Martin, world time trial champion, why is he in 7th? Because of the climbs"

"I think today would have been a day for Cancellara he would have monstered it"

Praying for dangerous conditions seems a little sad to be honest.

Praying for rain and hoping someone falls are two different things.Handling adverse weather is part of being a GT rider IMHO and the descents are'nt Monte Crostis

"If you draw an upside down W, that is what the course looks like"

Isn't that called an M?

I think an "M" shaped course would require ropes, pickaxes, and crampons.

Perhaps, but they are perilously close for comfort, to be honest.

Jens talking to ITV4 (UK TV) about how the course was. Pretty much summing up what has been said - tricky first descent, easier second. Time gained by changing bikes probably almost cancelled out by the time lost during the change.

Says that Bakelants has saved their tour. Andy Schleck is hoping that the next few days will see him find better form. Radioshack are still looking at the team GC.

nobody actually prays for a crash TBH.

rain makes the descent a bit more interesting. proves who is stronger not only physically, but also mentally imho.

Voight was interviewed on itv(britain) & was very entertaining. Board man agrees that too risky for leader to bike stop at top of climb, with uci rule stating the bike must be taken from the roof of the car.

I didn't mention anyone falling.
