No one in this race other than the kiwis. Moser today though

And how is that funny? I feel that obvious cheating is bad. Then I qualified that remark by stating that perhaps it happens more than I realize, which doesn't make it any better, but it would be more understandable why they did it

Ok fair enough mate, I just don't get why evry stage you are always on about SKY and fanboys etc, I don't see you say much else that's all. Anyway he is 20 secs penalty.

No one is answering guys, Porte just said CF hunger flatted, so does that mean its possible he will be ok tomorrow or does it mean he will get weaker day by day. Someone answer please?

I think he will be somewhat ok. I rather have a hunger knock than just flat our crack since that would indicate that my form isn't very good. A hunger knock is more random and I think it's easier to recover from it.

Question:

Will Froome knocking today affect the next two days ?

Thanks

I think no one can tell right now.
Maybe he recovers, maybe it will have an effect.

I'm sure Froomey is devasted.

haha, i can feel his pain. Overall still gained time on his nearest rivals, he should at least had his gains on nearest rivals neutralized

He didn't hunger flat. I can tell from experience what a hunger flat is and I dunno what Froome met or pretended to meet, but it wasn't a hunger knock.

he lost very few time for a hungerflat indeed. he was probably empty. he alreayd barely followed quintana earlier.

he will blow tomorrow should they go ealry which I think they will, especially saxo and katusha, movistar too, as quintana dislikes froome a lot after what he did to him on ventoux. we also saw today when froome was panicking quintana went full

becaquse he's a scared weasel. did you notice how he talks every 2 seconds into his radio against porte and director. he's not a real cyclist. have you ever seen quitnana talk in his radio this tour?

Ryo Hazuki, when banned he was supporting CF honest guys look on cycling news articles. CF as won 3 I repeat 3 stages, even today attacking from 10 km out on a bad day. And yday you was saying CF is scared of AC that would be his downfall. Afterall you was on about Hitch having no knowledge and he called Alpe d'Huez and you wasnsaying Sky are weak bla bla.

May I ask why you dislike Froome?

the fact that he's no real cyclist. he constantly talks in his radio, is clueless about what to do on his own, has the worst style of anyone I've ever seen. it doesn't even look like cycling what he is doing. and many more reasons

Probably just means he didn't eat enough. He'll probably won't make the same mistake twice and I don't think it will be a sign of him fading in the race or recovery issues which you are alluding to. Having said this Quintana might still reduce his comfort level next mountain stages.

I defend him clinically yes. I never defend him as a cyclist though

Yes. Basically Froome can make his bike go batsh!t fast but is a massive fail in every subjective, romantic, aesthetic aspect of being a cyclist. IMO.

Actually by taking food at that point he probably circumvented any longer term problems. Taking on food at that point in the race does little to affect your performance on the day, it's too late already, but if he'd continued to ride with his blood sugar dropping he would have made it harder to recover for tomorrow. As it is I'm sure he'll be fine.

Huh what your the sort who said you don't like gifts and now you wanted one for Quintana. Im sorry CF beat Quintana on Ventoux and AX-3 because of poor tactics by Movistar. And no Qiuntana likes CF more than AC did you see them helping today and we will see the same tomorrow, AC does not have the legs and if Porte is basically top 5 strongest guys what makes you think Mov will attack from the off tomorrow.

I've probably gone overboard a few times. I mostly just want good racing. If in time I'm proven wrong about things I've said I'll be first to apologize to the Sky-brigade.

I also want to say that Saxo's tactics today were absolutely rubbish

Brilliant tactical SKY/Movistar coalition to benefit them
both at the expense of Saxo. Riis is not looking very
clever for the second day in a row.

Excellent that a French rider was able to win the Queen
stage of the Centenary Tour. Chapeau Riblon!

Similar to last year. Froome waiting for Wiggo now Porte waiting for Froome. The kid that ran in front of Froome is obviously on the Tinkov payroll but luckily a mature person grabbed him. The Alpe seems to get worse every year. Good to see one of the cops throw one moron off the road.
