Definitely Andy, seems he was riding on his heartbeat yesterday. Seems there's some hope for him playing a role in the tour yet.

I don't see him winning and even a podium is very much a long shot, but he might be good enough to challenge in the high mountains which could lead to a more open race, which is always good.
