Froomey could have a ridiculous season from here on. No reason why he shouldnt do v well in romandie, T-A and then the tour

airstream said:Not bad ride from Arnold Jennesson. Looks like he is coming back to top conditions.
LaFlorecita said:No, because you didn't stop insulting me when I asked you to. No point in taking all that crap.
Anyway I wanted to say very good result for Styby, 19th @1'54"
Contadoraus Schlecks said:You support the underdog as a generality, yes? Will you now therefore switch allegiance to Contador?
Anyone know what happened to Pozzovivo?
Fearless Greg Lemond said:It will be a hard year for the Contadoristas!
Really...
Lexman said:Evans surprised me with his ride today; all the better for the rest of the season...
Bexon30 said:I'd like to see Evans back to his best for the Tour.
Eyeballs Out said:Maybe Contador went a bit too deep yesterday trying to follow Sagan
Certainly Gallopin seems to have lost a lot of time
HiCadence said:Where in my post did i mention only Contador? This was aimed at all the GC riders look at Froome... He came here to win just like all GC riders should be aiming for, And he is peaking for the tour aswell.

The potential of Froome was never in question but let's not get too carried away with just today's win. Good to see him in form on a tough climb.
One of the posters here mentioned peaking. The whole SKY training premise is that every race entered into is for the win, not as a means to an end. Froome was said to be there to challenge at the start of the week and he has.
I'm just disgusted he hasn't won the stage today. I'd have been a very happy camper financially.

LaFlorecita said:Yea... maybe I should stop following the sport closely for a few years and return in a few years time... I know someone who chose to do this
auscyclefan94 said:So would I. He always shapes nearly every race he is in quite significantly.

Plus I do like to see Froome, J Rod and others challenge (and beat him) because if and when he wins it won't be casually dismissed or excused.
