An in-form Cance is still one of the best TTers in the world. The times have been fixed for the first intermediate and Cance was 14 sec faster than Martin on the flat too.

I am going to make a guess that he lost less to Cancellara between km 9 and 11 than he gained between 11 and 18.

And he gained over 20 seconds between 11 ans 18 from the caption they briefly put up.
