uran wasn't even part of the main group when teh climb started. he was behind on the descent with konig, pinot and number of others

The focus for Sky now is stage wins. Obviously EBH's attack had little chance to succeed but you never know, the peloton could have stopped up like it has on a couple of occasions earlier this vuelta.

I think that Uran is actually in pretty good shape, its just that he was positioned badly today. He has been finishing best of the rest behind purito/valverde on most stage finishes so far. Tomorrow should help to show how the riders are actually feeling.

From the Sky report:

"Rigo wasn't really on it today," he confirmed. "The peloton went really hard in the final and he had heavy legs, as well as not being in the best position. Often that goes hand-in-hand. Hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow."

he was dropped in the descend as was clear on tv when only 1 sky rider was in the group that started the climb, that was henao, who was also positioned badly, thanks to ebh. what a useless ****
