Is it me or is the Spanish TV much better this year when it comes to image quality and production values? They also seem to be showing more of Spain's wonders and telling us about them.

They are now transmitting in HD and they are avoiding the typical desert areas the vuelta used to use a few years ago. Which is very smart of them. They maybe also hired better directors but that i don't know.

I'm a regular of that forum and I don't think I've read too many people complain about Galicia's landscapes.

But you can't really get away from the desert-like views if you're racing in Spain in the summer.

And they have 14 to go still and are already catching or caught some of the break. might have something to do with the course, but even so, shows that Tony really is a beast.

Did Martin have a mechanical before his crash? Or was it Farrar that the Garmin riders had gone back to help before Martin went down?

Terrible timing. He looks sore, the peloton are charging and its just before a mountain stage.
