I know he was great at start of stage but why, if OPQS are all in for Uran, did they take Petacchi? Surely another mountain goat would have helped and left Petacchi to go to Tour for Cav.

Strange move from Roche. Either wait till the final climb or attack from further out. Attack a fresh group 1,5k from the top is pretty useless.
