The Roche bridge or stage win question answered.

Attacks from the break now that we have a serious chase group organised.

i think it would do wonders for cycling if they let the riders take their helmets off at the bottom of a MTF. obviously wont happen

this. cycling has lost almost all forms of character. a pantani could never happen again just because they were helmets now

because it makes the riders more recognisable and more 'human', which would enhance the most gladitorial part of the sport. im sure it would make the sport more appealing to the casual sports fan. but like i say, its not gonna happen

Unbelievable Hesjedal won the Giro 2 years ago. Nowhere near good enough now. Fluke win that was

And in 2013 he was attacking and looking strong in stage 3, but by the end of week 1 he was chronically bad.

And more than one contender from that Giro has admitted that they underestimated him and didn't attack when he was on bad days. Totally absurd win in retrospect, almost as strange as Cobo's Vuelta.

That's simply what happens when no one rides. People who shouldn't be in a position to win can and do win.

Worst part is the rest don't even learn their lesson.

Awesome riding from Europcar once again. Rolland will have two team-mates with him soon, if I am not mistaken.

Yep, excellent race tactics.
