I have a question for all of you complaining about the GC guys not doing more:
Is it possible they were just... you know... tired?

Of course. But the greats try to break the other by mental power alone, trying something even when tired to mentally break their opponent.

Anyway, it's also the fact that the race design is unbelievably crappy.

Great stage. Quintana showed he is the strongest again. Great ride by Rogers.

Most the fans on that climb need shooting. Some real A1 tards on show out there.

No! The GC guys can never be tired. Quintana promised me he would try and attack! They must gratify my fan needs. :p

Rolland just said on BeIN that he'd be riding the TDF, cool, probably won't be in shape to fight for GC but he can go for a stage.

zzzzzzzzzzoncolan.

is riders crawling up 20% ramps at walking pace really what the sport should be doing? may as well have a formula 1 race on a muddy field

Not a fan of Zoncolan. Too steep and regular. Zero racing, everybody crawls. Hopefully we can avoid that climb the next few years.

They lied to me in this forum. They told me that Uran is an average climber and cannot climb with the best. I don't understand then why the results!!

I got 41'35'' for Quintana and Uran, but we didn't see them the first 100m, so a few seconds more than that.

So slower than Nibs '11 but faster than Evans '10.

Pretty boring finale. I expected a little more from Quintana. Just showing who's the boss this race.

Perhaps i'm expecting to much though

Pozzovivo once again fading in the final week.

Rly? He was the only one who tried to catch Uran and Quintana on the climb. The rest wheelsucked him for several kilometers.

Come on mate. You've been here long enough to know that most the people here have two loves. Whinging and cycling. In that order.

Needless to say, Quintana never dropped Uran on a road stage:rolleyes:

Aside from the response you're begging someone to give you so you can give a sassy reply, also Montecampione

Contador came back and won the Vuelta. Horner came back and won the Vuelta. It's in style to come back and win. That's just what you do....:)
