Just tuning back in, someone clear some stuff up for me. It was Orica's decision to neutralize, and the organizers agreed with them, but there were some team that disagreed?

And are they back to racing now?

We're in the heel of Italy today riding around Bari. It rarely rains there, and given the proximity of the North African deserts, when it does, the roads turns to soap because of the small layer of dust everywhere.

Just saying! (don't have time to watch today anyhows)

I thought Viviani would show better here (including Ireland)
i guess he'll appreciate the rest and no Kittel to worry about

Who were the main riders that wanted the neutralization? I've seen Paolini, Scarponi, and Orica mentioned as the main ones.

Any idea who those were that were against it?
