As an Aussie I should be happy that Gerrans won, but that was an awful race. Would have been happy if he'd had to actually follow attacks and then sprint to win.

So is this the worst edition of a monument we've ever had? That was just horrible, absolutely no one trying to make any big attacks or moves. And a group of that size coming to the finish line is just pathetic.

I have to agree with the above posts. It's very fitting that the biggest wheelsucker in the sport wins this shambles of an edition...
