Sagan should've followed Ramunas on the last hill and then sat up :p

Yeah, he was on the front on the climb, but I'm sure his DS was adamant about not attacking prematurely before the stage.

Really glad Navardauskas won that in the end. Great ride and loved how he attacked the one climb.

Pretty amazing image of Sagan after he crashed. While everyone was scrambling to get their bikes, he just stood in the middle of the picture with his hands on hips, completely gutted.

Difficult to call it a bad tour for him, but so many near misses must be so frustrating.

Amazing. Ramunus aka Honey Badger was my replacement. Job well done. Legend.

taking the ****?

He made genuine enough sounding comments about RN on tv after the Harrogate stage. "If I had to miss out, there is no-one I would have preferred to see in the team" or words to that effect.

Yes he should. I am quite disapointed. He looks quite lost in the end.

I would love to know how many of those decisions he made were his ones or given from car.

He should have, but I bet he was thinking about Van Avermaet from stage 7.

Where he did the right thing until he took pulls and went for it. If he had sat up, he would probably have won that stage.
