I timed the peloton over the last ten km, but excluded the last km, coz it boost the average speed too much. From 10km remaining to 1km remaining, they averaged 55.6km/h!! Crikey!

really enjoyed that finish lots going on a pity about needless late crashes in such a reduced group however.

Trentin is a quality rider so good he has a chance. Gerrans needs a more stand out national kit so hard pick him out in bunch.
